Where is the cleanest walk-up place?

Hi fellas, where is the cleanest walk up place? I like the walk-up experience except the room is dirty.

Thanks bro. I heard James Lee Mansion is the cleanest. Is it true?

JLM is also pretty run down.

In my limited experience, Hing Loong Building (6 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan) is the cleanest.  The building itself is shabby, but the WG floors have been renovated recently and look like a hotel.  I was very pleasantly surprised during my visit in September. There actually was a note in the elevator inviting people to visit the "hotel rooms" on the top floors.

I find the walk ups on HK Islands to be more clean.

You can try Fuji building, located between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. The address is Fuji Building, 381-383 Lockhart Rd, Wan Chai.

If you dont find anything, you can walk over to Causeway Bay’s Pheonix Apartments (54-70 Lee Garden Rd, Causeway Bay).

Ditto the other commenter the walkups on HK island tend to be the cleanest.

Fuji building in Causeway Bay
Hing Loong in Sheung Wan
Phoenix apartment in Causeway Bay
Kam Bong in Sheung Wan

They are doing reno work in Hing Loong and the new suites look real good with the WG's even better!
