Most massage girls offer 3 levels of service:
1. Massage + HJ
Pretty self-explanatory, but will vary from girl to girl based on whether she takes her top off, takes shorts off and leaves panties on, allows any kind of fondling below the belt on her

2. Massage B2B + HJ
Same as above, but she will take her top off and likely shorts. While you are on your stomach, she will rub her breasts over your back. Definitely should have access to her tits for fondling and probably kissing or sucking upon flip. It varies on access below the belt

There are some places where you can find Massage + BJ, but unless the girl is advertising FS, then this probably shouldn't be expected. It seems some places it is more common, but mostly it is a girl to girl issue. Also, being a regular or repeat customer affects that.
