newbie, originally from the UK but now in Jinan china. In the UK there is a plentiful supply of SE Asia students who also work as escorts while learning English.  

I thought, OK, that China would be similar, at least in terms tcm shops offering massage. But no!!
There are non in Jinan, it is as dry a bone. Looking around the internet I found this forum. Been to HK last year, plentiful supply and very cheap. In all honesty it is far cheaper in the UK when I have looked through

I am shocked the lack of mongering in Jinan which is a medium sized city. I went looking at barber shops for the women sitting there (late evening to night) - nothing at all. According
to the above URL all the action is taking place outside Jinan. I will not pay KTV prices as is cheaper and better to get a train to Shanghai or Beijing.
So called international hotels offering a spa are ripping off people. I have been quoted 1000RMB just for a massage. There are spas, charging about 300 RMB, but I refuse to wear
those filthy pajamas, no privacy and no nudity either from me or even the massage women.

Not sure how Jinan is but in a lot of China (and rest of Asia if not the world as I always give it a go wherever I am in the world)) the WGs are trawling wechat

Go into Wechat, then "Discover" at bottom of screen, then "People Nearby", click ok when it asks to enable location, then click 3 dots at top right, then females only.

This will pull up all girls in a few km radius who also have the feature enables and a lot will be WGs or agents.  If there is a picture of a hot'ish or scantily clad girl, click on her, then hit "Send Greeting" and put a generic message like "Hi I am new to Jinan" in English and Chinese (translate is your friend).  Hit send, copy the message and repeat with next girl, then repeat, then repeat until you get bored.

When bored, come out of the app leaving yourself in the People Nearby screen (as opposed to closing the App) and you will start to get responses to your Greetings which will be 90% WGs/Agents and also, if you have left yourself visible in the People Nearby screen, random greetings sent to you which will be 99% WGs/Agents.  Can take a few hours depending on the time of day.

Chat (via WeChat translate if you need) and you will get propositioned within a few interactions if they are WGs/Agents.

Beware B&S and LE so if you are trying to close a deal direct with a WG ask for a photo with date written on  it or a quick video call.  If an agent, ask which girls are available today, they wil send a load of photos and do the same for the one you like.

Even after that be prepared for B&S but only turn away if a complete horror turns up - its part of their process.

Reckon, its no more that 50/50 to get a WG this way but fairly easy and not too time consuming - you just start it with the People Nearby function and then they do the work to contact you.

In addition, if you find a decent agent and have added then as a contact on WeChat, they tend to post who is working via photos which you can see in the Moments section in Discover

This is time consuming and probably need several visits but it does work.

Some of the foot massage girls will moonlight of their is any chemistry. Problem is theirs no lineup so it will take away to find a girl you like let alone click with.  Get their wechat and just chat with them and flirt. Eventually one or several will be OK to join you in the bedroom. Depending on your game. Can cost 500-1500 or even free. But with the cny around the corner free is really hard.

Local footies will be easier than the hotel footies FYI.  The more upscale normally the girls on average hotter with the exception of hotel footies

Question is does your profile make it clear you are out looking for adventure or something boring!

Usually them hits ups happen later in the evening and then you need to build a conversation with agent or WG.   Also sending greeting can yield results, but that is like fishing, maybe 1/10 is going to be a WG.  Troll for any nearby that have a QQ card is ether an agent or a saleswomen.

Those reaching out to you will most certainly be agent or WG.  

Just be warned wechat blind hook up is more wild and variable than walking into a massage place and what’s worst it is your hotel too!

You are lucky, I went throughout the city of 8 million, got nowhere. All i get are women who sell products such as health food or cannot speak basic English so do not want to talk.

Here's an experience I had in Jinan: I was staying 1-1.5 years ago in a hotel there, which had a massage/spa service. On that visit I was actually sharing a room with a buddy of mine. We decided to check out the massage, were told it was something like 300 (maybe a bit less, I don't remember), and that they will send 2 girls to our room.

The girls arrived, decent looking (one a bit cuter than the other), and immediately started to try to convince us to go for some more expensive package with happy ending (promising us "hen shufu"). My friend and I are good enough friends to share the room, but we both prefer a bit more privacy when getting our "shufu"s, so we declined, and insisted on just getting the basic massage.

Needless to say, the quality of the massage was abysmal... And the girls kept checking a few times during it if we have changed our mind about getting the HE. We held our ground, though! As they were done and about to leave, just to satisfy my curiosity, I pointed to the condoms that were on the hotel room desk. Both girls nodded affirmatively without any hesitation. I asked how much and IIRC they said 1600. I am pretty sure, I we could have negotiated the price down, but we were not really interested at that point.

So, this just goes to show you that you can definitely get some HE, and perhaps even FS, right in the convenience of your hotel room, even in a place like Jinan. It was a nice hotel, too, not some questionable quality shithole. If anyone is interested, I can PM the name of that particular hotel, but I am quite sure it is not an exception, and you can get a similar service elsewhere.

Thanks, but the new mayor "cleaned out" all the massage , bbs, health care places. I am leaving this city and going back home   where I can at least find cheaper cost wg's that offer a full FS. I have never seen such a bone dry place as Jinan.
