Felt a lump in her breast today...

So I was having fun at a spa session, and I got to spooning my fairly young massage girl on the bed and groping her small A-cup breasts from the back. As I was rubbing her, I felt a small lump in her right one. It definitely wasn't silicone or anything, and I didn't want to ruin my session with her because I didn't want to her to get scared about having cancer or something (oftentimes, these are benign lumps) and I ended up forgetting to tell her. I hope to let her know about the lump in her breast the next time I see her, but what, gentlemen, would be the best way to let her know about a situation like this one? How would you go about this?

Could be benign, could be something more sinister. Either way, I do suggest that you bring it up. That being said, being direct might seem a little ominous and might freak her out. You might want to try something a little more subtle. Maybe mention you just had your physical done and how while you didn't enjoy your doctor's finger up your chute, that you appreciated it to make sure you weren't in any other trouble and then ask her if she's ever had tests done. Then you can ease into the topic from there. Just a suggestion.

How old are you?

To OP, of course you should tell her.
True story, a girl was at the cricket and a man who was sitting behind her told her she had a mole on her shoulder that needed looking at. It turned out to be melanoma. She got it swiftly removed and lived. Other guys might not have spotted (or cared to say sth) or she might not do self-examinations. Might be nothing, but could be sth.

"How old are you?"

Is a sense of humor age dependent?

No doubt about it you should let her know. I would tell her directly then you know she has been told. Mamasan may forget or choose not to tell her.

There was another story similar to the one Thai Delight mentioned above where a bikini model had posted pictures of herself on social media and someone had noticed a mole and told her. It was melanoma and was removed straight away.

Early detection is critical.

Same thing with the Aussie Olympic gold medalist Mack Horton. It was amazing that Horton's swimming coach never questioned the mole on his chest, and it took a fan noticing it in a photo.

You should definitely tell her.  Don't make it sound alarming, just as her if she sees a doctor for her annual physical, and if not, you can recommend that she does that.  A great majority of breast lumps in young women are benign.  But I've diagnosed breast cancer in women in their late 20's and early 30's.
