The hot topic of conversation among my local Chinese colleagues today was rumours of a police raid on the most popular mongering hotel in Hung Hom. After work I sent a WeChat message to the XL agent to try to book either 238 or 232 but he didn't reply. Up to today he's always responded quite quickly. I then sent WeChat messages to both 232 and 238 but also got no reply from either of them. I haven't tried the agent again, but I'm surprised neither of the gals has responded as they have both been quite chatty on WeChat up to now, asking me when I'm coming over again and just saying 'hi' or 'hello' or sending me silly emojis. 238 just arrived and 232 has supposedly got another week here before she's due to leave. Any bros know anything concrete about this?

They were there to bust illegal workers and WG's overstaying their VISA's. As a client, you're safe...unless she's a minor. Also there was a raid at KH last month, but the big boss got wind of it and close the entire building for 2 hrs.
