This is illegal in Hong Kong and therefore you should go to Germany etc. where this would be legal,if you really insist to. One woman, one room, no agency, HKID this is the rule in HK. Illegal in Macau and Taiwan altogether.

Try the brothels K-Pressure in Jordan and 37 Dundas in Mongkok. They have a FFM deal which is quite reasonable. I have not been there in years so I don't know what the latest rate is. It's still not legal, but it goes on. Someone is likely to be being paid to a blind eye and these places get early warning of a raid and, yes there is a convoluted system of being a karaoke and then you take gals to a 'hotel' on a different floor, but if there was a raid and the gals did not have HK IDs, they would be arrested.
You  would be asked for your I'D or passport and contact details and to fill out a form stating that you would be prepared to be a witness if there's a court case.
Mostly, however,  the gals are dumped back across  the border where they are dealt with by the much harsher Mainland authorities.

Some hotel agents will arrange threesomes but I think you might have to build up a relationship first.
