I used to go sakura, it was nice but then later it changed host, then the service fluctuates a bit. Most walk up spas cost around $600-$1000, so W Spa is definitely top end like Twice says. Sauna are a different beast. They actually have steam rooms, maybe even hot pools to dip into, and big lounges with TV and even offer you free food (instant noodles or sandwich or fishmeat siu Mai). A manager(ess) will come ask you what your preferences are like. Of course everyone asks for tall slim girls and you won't always get what you ask for, but they will likely be mainlanders and willing to give massage and FS. Cost usually hovers around $800-$1200 but again some will be more upmarket. Repeat sessions will recognise you and managers may offer you the better girls later
