You cannot see Album of agent?
朋友圈 means Moments, and Moments is a collection of Albums.
So you can see your agent's album, I think no problem.

Can you find your agent name in "Contacts" ?
If yes, you can find the agent's "Album" by tapping agent's name in "Contacts" list.
