#1 Post at 11-3-2016 20:43  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L First time in HK. 5* Hotel Question. I just arrived in Hong Kong for the first time and am staying at The Peninsula. The hotel policy states that unregistered guests must leave by midnight and are not allowed to enter after midnight. I don't imagine that they would actually visit my room and ask someone to leave, but I'm concerned about the second part. Does anyone know if this policy is actually enforced?

Competition in the tourist industry is fierce and they definitely don't want to piss off the business or corporate client because they are more likely to be repeat customers. You don't want your employer to get wind of your activities in a company-paid room.

Doesn't that mean she will have full access to your room? Like she can get a room key... charge things to the room... etc...?
