Keykeykey, I start by making the assumption that post test, you would BB her more than once but regularly as you've been seeing her for two years. In short I would answer no.
1. A passing test is just a spot check that nothing has been detected at that point in time. It may also be a limited test for not all std's. Unless you keep testing regularly for everything, it's a false sense of security.

2. She may be on the pill now, but she may stop once you go BB.

For me BB is never something to do consciously with a WG. I say consciously as I for sure have had the slip of mind where I was drunk or maybe stupid. I think your conclusion reflects a certain misinterpretation of statistics. If condoms are 99% effective (in reality the effectiveness is much higher than that), this means if you fuck a man with STD with condoms (correctly used), you will be infected once after every 100 intercourses. Your point that she has an 1 in 100 chance of getting infected is wrong, because not all her clients have STD. In reality, the chance of infection is much much lower.
It's, however, almost never possible to estimate the effectiveness of condoms because researchers can never ascertain that the condoms were always correctly used by the subjects. I just choose to simplify it to myself so that I'm never tempted by an offer such as this.
