I want the full Macau experience eg. lounging around, lounge services, shows etc. Not too concerned with the 'models' etc just want good service, a few beers/wines and some fun. All recommendations gratefully received

For a first timer, 18 is highly recommended, just for the sheer volume. But Rio, Familia Nobre, East Spa, Big Boss, or any one of many others would be fine.
