For whatever reason, I always had a hankering for an oily when I lived in Bangkok.  Here are some notes from my experience there.  I spent most of my time in the Sukhumvit area near Nana plaza:

1.  Not all massage places offer HJ with the oily.  I specifically remember places on Sukuhumvit 7/1, Sukhumvit Soi 11, Sukhumvit Soi 15, Sukhumvit Soi 12 not offering any services during the massage.  That being said, usually the oil massage (400b/hour) is the way to go for extra services though I have got extras from Thai massage every so often.I actually became friends with a few of the massage girls who didn't offer me services.

2.  The best massage I remember was at a place called Diamond Massage on Sukhumvit Soi 18? next to the Emporium as she teased the whole time, not just when you flip over to the front.  Unfortunately, this place is no longer there.

3.  There's an area between Sukhumvit Soi 11 and 13 that offers rather small beds with FS available with the oily with most of their clients being from the Middle East.  In contrast, Angel on Sukhumvit Soi 22 offered a little more room with elevated beds while Orange Massage has a mattress on the floor.  

4.  Aviva on Sukhumvit Soi 8 was nice with FS available, clean beds, and a shower though the rooms are a bit small.  Another place between Sukhumvit Soi 4 and Soi 6 (on the right side, walking away from Nana towards Soi 6) just up the stairs also has small, partitioned rooms that offer HJ.

5.  If you walk past Nana Plaza, there is a massage place to your left down a small alley that was nice and cozy with oily and HJ and possibly FS.  Keep walking down, and therewas a place on the leftside (Sukhumvit Soi 4) where I had FS at the end of an oily.  

6.  Places like Snow White and Tulips are about FS, not about the massage.  I tend to like the massage that builds up to something where you aren't really sure if something will be offered but then turns into something hot.

If you are looking for more luxurious facilities, try out a soap massage vs. an oily.  As for me, I'm still a sucker for a good oil massage.

Was there a few weeks ago, plenty of massage places on Soi 33, went into one called Akane which offers "Fashion Massage" which according to the menu you get given when you arrive is an oil massage plus BJ (covered). I didn't partake as I was with a GF, as they said she wasn't welcome... We only went in to find out what a Fashion Massage was

Had a soapy one last year at the one off Soi 4 near the Majestic Grand hotel, Annie's Massage, was a bit of a disappointment, I chose the prettiest girl, quite young, but absolutely gorgeous. Massage room wasn't very warm, and her attitude was even colder. Gave up in the end and had a wank in my hotel room. Never again.
