Options for veggie sauna massage in HK / options for food and shopping

First up, some background. I was pretty active in this mongering hobby from 2009 up until 2011/2012. I didn't do as much reporting as I should have, be it on this website or on my local websites.

As far as activity goes, I've only tried it once in HK. Never travelled regularly to HK. The rest have all been back in my home country. Sporadic activity from 2011/2012 onwards, and literally none for almost the past year. My active phase from 2009-2011/2012 actually sort of wore me out, both in terms of my wallet and psychologically. Way too much mongering. At one time, I remember my most active months consisted of more than 1 WG visit per week. Everytime a new batch of girls came in, the urge to try them out was near uncontrollable.

As with everything though, the law of diminishing returns applies. I found myself becoming more and more particular in my tastes, until the appeal of WGs just wore off.

I have an upcoming trip to HK. Very short one. Looking to get a proper sauna massage, one that can really iron the kinks out of my body. Once in a while, one of my shoulders will get very sore (probably due to bad sleeping and sitting posture). So I've recently come back online to this forum website to get some info. A few searches, and it seems like Serenity spa and Reiki spa are the current hot choices.

1] Do any of the gals at Serenity and Reiki provide good and proper massage? The kind that is totally relaxing, and almost puts one to sleep. As for whether I would choose the happy ending/FS options, I guess it will depend on how horny I am when I get to HK, though I reckon I'll probably try and avoid it.
2] Any good food options? I have found quite a few spots online, but those generally tend to be populated by tourists. I'm looking more towards food joints that HK locals and foreigners (who have resided a long while in HK) patronise.
3] I have a decent sized budget for some shopping. Any good options (winter clothes/smart casual)?

PS: Didn't really see the need to open up 2 threads (1 for the massage, 1 for the food and shopping) in separate sections in the forum. But if that should be done, could the moderator(s) let me know and I'll post accordingly.

Lastly, just want to add that this is still a great forum for all kinds of information about HK, even though I've sort of weaned myself off mongering and the forum is much less active (at least it seems so compared to 2009-2010).
