Sun Hing building - 607 Nathan Road

Can any bros explain what's happening with the Saunas in Sum Hing building?

It seems elevators to lower floors are not in service and since all signs are in Chinese I can't figure if the establishments are still open or how to reach them.  A conspicuous lack of signage in the street does not look good.

Anybody got any intel to share?

The basement one is still opened, it is called silver spring. You have to on the road behind Nathan Road, called Portland street. There is another entry there.
