Best times?

I read on the 141 walkup guide that 6-8 PM Mon - Fri are the busiest times, what are the best times to go, so that there aren't so many people around?

Just after lunch, about 2pm-3pm, as such you get them pretty fresh. A lot of WG will however vary their start times cus there is nobody around at this time. So there may well be lot of locked flats.

Unknown, the fact when I am in HK I stay out in the sticks (north of Lion Rock) means I have never really been in KLN after 8pm.
