In Japan tip is not a good thing, but it's not bad to bring present to a girl if you go quite often to have a massage or a sexual service with the same girl.
I mean, if there is a good feeling, tips is not good but a small present is good.
What about Hong Kong? I know tip is common in HK and usually is a "must", but if I receive a massage from a girl and then I go there another day, and then another day because there is good feeling, is it good idea to bring a small present? What could I bring?

Fruit usually goes over well, especially papayas or (if you know how to choose them) Mangos. Tangerines are also good.

I've always liked taking fruit because: a) they all like it; b) they like it better than chocolates because it doesn't make them fat; c) Most guys don't bring fruit, so it is something unusual and thoughtful.

I've done clothing store gift cards before.  I got a longer, wetter kiss that I would have done for just cash - it's value plus a little thought I guess.

If she uses an iPhone, you can get a HK iTunes voucher.  For food I would ask her what she likes to eat and if she does mention chocolate, get a small box of luxury chocolate from La Maison du Chocolat or Godiva. They will not make her fat as she can space them out a bit, being so rich. Also, this will make her think of you at least once a day for 6 days after as she has her little daily treat.

Something that might really get her in the mood, if she really is special, is to send flowers a few hours before you arrive You might want to goggle the number of flowers to send a Chinese women because these might have special meaning to her.

I have not gone this direction yet, but if she was a real stunner and I really had a good time with her I might waste some cash and get some jewelry or a designer watch - but I really doubt I would ever go that far.

It really depends on the girl.

When I was visiting HK, my conquests were HGs with a bunch of them from Mainland China. Looking from their perspective, many of them don't know the way of the land, the language (Cantonese or English, or if so very very limited). Some of them have acne or skin problems due to the pollution, and depending on where you monger, cosmetics and pharmacies are all over the place....you can even go into the trendy ones and find some skincare products by way of Korea, but do some research as to what works. It's the thought that counts. The trick is to get to know her a little better, find out her likes.

Or if you are a smoothie, find out what the girl likes to eat. Make some time with her and once you become a bit more of a regular where you want to see her again, take her out to dinner of a cuisine that reminds her of home (or is at least familiar), think of it as a date on top but maybe best to wait until her shift is over (2 am??) then find a late night spot if she is off.

The funniest thing I read in the Chinese forum was a guy who took a favorite 141 gal of his out to eat when her shift was over, they went to some delicious dumpy dive place neighborhood place and ate salted pork bone claypot with vegetables....which is great during these cold frigid nights, but that dish is also symbolic of bachelors (of the type where men behave badly, aka Mah Lut Lo), which garnered the respect of his fellow mongering bros. He even took a picture of the gal eating (blurred her face though) I was in stiches when I read that. :-)

The times that I have brought a present to a working girl that I frequented often, it was just simple things, once a bag of peanuts, and the other a bag of Japanese marshmallows.  Both were inexpensive things, but they were things, as opposed to nothings.  The girl I gave them to worked at a pretty crappy massage place in the far south of Thailand, and was a great service provider, and received tips from me after each sessions.  I think I would steer you away from spending more than a very small bit of money, as it is the thought that counts.  I don't know where you are from but if you pick up a bag a Hoody peanuts, , she will be happy because everyone likes peanuts, unless there is an allergy issue.

besides fruits, gummy bears or chocolates I have also brought some practical things...

...for another I had a cute school girl outfit from one of the local lingerie shops - which she put on right away

Or give them fruit from their home country (or sth else from home), which is what I used to do with regular Thai walkups.
