The Herijun hotel on Nijiaqiao Lu near Nijiaqiao station is a family friendly sauna place with optional upgrade available.

It's around 100 rmb entrance, which gets you in to the open bathing areas.  Shower before you enter the pools to soak and relax. Men massages are also available here, a body scrub costs around 60 kuai IIRC.


Dry off and don the pyjamas provided and head to the third floor for free fruit and drinks, buffet at the right time, reclining chairs with tv and for massages.  Up another floor is the room massages - girls in purple dresses provide massages only, girls in blue will offer massage with HE.  I believe that it's a fixed price of 238 rmb (it might actually be double that i.e. once for the massage, once for the extra massage) but at this point my purple-dressed lady thought I was asking for extra services and offered to change with another girl. It took some convincing that I really only wanted a massage - I couldn't quite explain that I was just doing my research for the board...
