In macau, How does one go about getting V here? I asked 5 different pharmacies in sanado square if they had Viagra and all of them said No and shoo'ed me off.

Do I have to ask a different question? do I have to look old to get it? (I look like I'm 21)

Also, What are the medical Items I need to get for Safety concerns? I saw in another thread where the guy said he got the standard which was a "Zpack" and something else but what exactly do I ask the pharmacist for?

You might try the pharmacy opposite Rio Hotel, which has been helpful to me before.

In terms of safety items, I think the best advice I could give you is this: You owe it to yourself to look into what are the correct medications for the situation you find yourself in. The Internet is full of very authoritative information in this regard, but if also full of forums like this one, which are far from authoritative. Get your info from the authoritative sources.

If your research leads you to believe that you need a Z-pack, which is a trade name for a pack of 6 250mg Zithromax tablets, then you can try to get it from one of the pharmacies such as the one I mentioned. But please, don't just read something about Z-packs and decide that you need to take one. If in doubt, ask your hotel to recommend a doctor for you to visit. Doctors get asked about STDs all the time, and would be happy to advise you, and give you a prescription you could take to any pharmacy.

I'm not trying to berate you, but really you should not be trusting this (or any other) sex forum for info on what medications to take.
