Normally, system awards 5k for the creation of any new report, but we deduct when questions are posted in the report section. Even showed up at the door around 11:45 with no answer. They didn't answer the phone until almost 1:00 pm. Oh we'll things worked out fine in the end and yes they are still very busy.
