Sky shuttle

Hi guys, I'd like to ask if anyone here have intimate knowledge on the helicopter service that serves HK, Macau and SZ. Better yet, does anyone know any one inside. Thanks.

I  know that both times Ive tried to use it, the flight was "unavailable" due to weather or mechanical issues.
