Who would have the mood to do it if you are unkempt, rude and smells? You may not be the youngest or most attractive man they've seen but if you treat them with respect and tender care,  they will respond, at least more so than they were about to if you don't.
It takes 2 hands to clap, WGs are human also. They respond to sight, smell, touch, taste and hearing.
Don't think that being young and attractive will triumph over an experienced respectful gentlemen who is old and not-so-attractive.

I have found WGs respond to cash more than looks and age!

The variations in types/motivations of WGs is as large as the variations in Punters.  So there is no "one rule fits all".

Example 1:
My recent explorations of "dating" American strippers (By that I mean, of course, dining and ultimately fucking them outside their clubs in exchange for cash) has been interesting -- they avoid young men.   Many have told me they will ONLY meet outside the club with a married man -- 'cause there is no fucking drama.  They know we are not coming back to their club making embarrassing jealous scenes or causing fights.  Young single men do: they get smitten and have few consequences for their foolishness.  Married men, however, never do that shit.  Too frickn dangerous!

Or Example 2:
The bargirls of Wanchai:  Their perfect punt is a wealthy, polite, respectful punter who brings her to a nice, clean, safe place..., treats her well, tips her very well, cums quickly, then sleeps with a smile on his face.  Ummm... does the description better fit a man that is older or younger?  It can be elevated to a nite of real fun if the man is also a party animal and throwing cash around to ensure everyone around him is having fun too...

Nah.. you get the point.

Of course women hope for the most attractive punter they can find -- but a woman doesnt always think "young" is a terribly attractive trait in a man.

I've often wondered about this myself.  Having read many reports, and from my own personal experience, I've garnered that WG's generally provide
the same level of service to clients, regardless of looks and age.

I'm young and physically attractive, by most conventional standards, and the main difference I've experienced is that the girls only compliment you
more.  I'm also a foreigner, so maybe they are just happy to have some variety. Maybe a few times, I received slightly better service, such as DFK and
CIM, that perhaps they wouldn't have done with an older, less physically attractive bro.

I think I've probably gotten much better service from Russian and Thai girls than other guys on this forum, based on their reports.  With Chinese gals, again they just compliment me, but don't give me any better service.  In fact they compliment me at first and then complain the rest of the time about
my size and stamina.  So, with those WG's, I'm sure older guys get better service than me.

But I agree with Gherk and Wander.  It's much more important to be clean, sober, generous, and have a good attitude.  I've noticed the times I get
the worst service is when I'm intoxicated and reak of cigs.

im 29 and started when i was 26.. to be honest i got a good amount of rude ones when i used to monger so often.  i think their attitude towards their profession is what will affect how they treat you.  they all see us as $, but some enjoy it more than others, maybe some had no choice to do this .. or maybe they'd just rather do this than other jobs.. so many factors involved.

I agree with the rest of the bros. Treat the WG right and they will return the favor. I was with a girl that would turn away every time I attempted LFK but in the end of the session she was the one who kissed me on the lips. Personally I'm 28 and not all that attractive or unattractive but I don't think it has very much to do with it.

the mistake you're making is trying to understand a women using a man's priorities

"attractive" does not mean the same thing to a girl as to a man ... we all know what men look for ... the 'magic ratio' / tits / legs / etc. ... very visual.  And - if you look around - you'll see just how much women respond to that judgement framework.  They dress for it.  Equally - if you look around - it's bleeding obvious that women do NOT prioritise good looks in a man.  OK they'll respond to a hunk if they meet one (Chippendales anyone?) but the majority of women just don't give a damn about a man's presentation, as long as he's clean and reasonably groomed.  They'll bed the grunge just as quickly as the dilettante ... and maybe faster actually ...

so yes, they look for attractiveness, but using THEIR criteria.  Try: brains / confidence / assertiveness / attentiveness / and more

The measures of attractiveness are not particularly correllated with youth, and many of them are better correllated with age than with youth.  
As per the discussion in a concurrent thread, women do like older men.  

Personally I think the thing that gets better service is treating them like a lady, and being able to generate "chemistry" - of course being good looking is better than being ugly - and to a certain degree they'll like guys who are in their Goldilocks-zone of age (not too old and not too young) - but other factors are more important

so don't sweat it

I think obe and sa14 have a point, most Chinese WG see you as $, if you're willing to pay then their willing to work. I guess if you're young and attractive then they might do it with more of a smile and compliment you more, for them you're a client and not a potential BF.

As for the extras I figure you'll get more if you're clean as some of the bro's have said, I've found that some of the girls I got didn't mind bbbj even if they started with cbj. Im not good looking, probably average Joe!

I am 73 years old (next month) and have never been turned down by a KTV (which I personally prefer) girl as quite a few of the other posters on this board seem to have been.  I probably look about in my mid 60's according to most peoples assessments.  The main comment I get is that I am "strong".  I think this really means it takes me quite  awhile to pop.  It may sometimes be a compliment and other times not.  What I am told by the majority of the girls is what they really want is someone who pops quickly and is finished.  My regular girl says if a man can go twice she can sometimes make once.  With me, she normally cums 4 to 6 times before we finish and decide to sleep.  So when she says "strong", I think it's a compliment.  Most don't seem to want a young guy who can just slam away all night with multiple pops.  They seem to appreciate a older man who wants to take care of their needs as well as his own.  DFK, DATY, etc, etc, goes a long way toward having a good session.

We're missing one thing in this discussion. In the real outside, world women do consider the above mentioned traits but DArtagnan came closest with his assessment. There have been hundreds of studies on how women choose and it is pretty much something other than looks if you just look around. DArtagnan says,"brains / confidence / assertiveness / attentiveness / and more" with the "more" being the most important which is the ability to provide and protect so they can reproduce. Kind of obvious actually. Not that different from an alpha male lion or chimp. All the girls want alpha dick.

Most WGs kind of set the obvious "good looks" part aside because of their cash driven profession, but the unconscious effect still remains. When they first lay eyes on you they make that unconscious assessment about provide, protect and reproduce. No woman can help it any more than any man can't keep from assessing every woman he sees for sex.  

I think all WGs, like all women, would like a guy who can "provide, protect and reproduce" and can retrieve them from what they might perceive as a shitty existence.

I went to CP with a few buddies when we were in our late 20's.  Everyone paid for the overnight option, but in the morning some girls excused themselves and others stuck around for lunch and dinner.  All things being equal, of course attractiveness and youth can get you extras, but never if you're an asshole.

Reading all these reports seems to lead to one conclusion which we should already know: we have no idea of how women's minds work and what they want and what makes them happy. But in this game, it's all about money in my experience.

I'm not good looking, and in late 30's. I've got a belly. I'm quite hairy. According to some if the above reports, I should get less better service. Do I? It varies. First time I meet a WG, I normally get a mechanical service. If I like her and want more next time, I tip very well. Next time (same looks, age, belly, hair, etc), service is great. Including getting compliments about handsome I am. I never get these compliments outside a punting environment so I know it's pure bullshit. I always laugh at the compliment and thank the girl and wish I could present them with an Oscar award for the fine acting. But, it provides a feel good factor for a few minutes which is what this whole game is meant to be about
