only problem with my flat is that the wife goes to bed at 11 pm, and so we would have to have our party very quietly.

one about 5 years ago when the big boss came into town for a week and after a big team dinner we all went up for a nightcap. Office politics at its finest.
It may be too low-rent and inconvenient for you but various islands like Lamma and Lantau have weekend "holiday flats" available for rent. They are frequently rented by a whole group of teenagers for a weekend and so the neighbors are probably accustomed to a lot of noise and coming and going
. The room will be clean and small and nowhere near as luxurious as a hotel room.
It also may send a message to the girls that you are not the high roller you appear to be
