... I'm not the expert here ... so we need some of the seasoned pros to crowdsource this one ... this is just a seed to get the debate going!

So you're in a bar, something got your attention, and she's indicated that she's working - but if you simply take her she may not do what you want -
what do you need to do before you leave the bar?  

Points to clarify and agree include (in a suggested order):-

Shower together (this is actually a mutual security requirement, if you think about it!)

So ... what is your Best Practice?  

let's also add good questions to use in an inquisitive and conversational way
e.g. "so, what do I get during 2 hours?"

I have typically only asked a few questions ("how much?", and "for all nite?").

As far as her performance goes I found a couple different comments/questions worked well to set the mood:

"Damn baby, Are you as hot and awesome in bed as you are on the dance-floor??". Or even the negative of this, "You CAN'T be as hot and awesome as you are on the dance-floor!". If she says she is (they all do!), I find it usually works to elevate her performance. A personal "challenge" is stuck intheir brain or something.  

In bed, I always tend to lead.  So the only position I need her to agree to initially is DATY.  Once a gal has orgasmed, or is close to it, you can pretty much initiate ANY position you want.  This is not always true, of course, but a good general rule that is usually true.  I have had only a few real duds who wouldn't do certain positions.

Anyway, I like the barscene because it feels natural and mutual.  (whether she's just acting or not).  So going thru a "checklist" would blast that illusion apart. I like the mystery and challenge of the event as well.  Part of the thrill.

I also practice Wander's "school of luv" method. Take the girl for ride in your adventure. May not work for the hardened or jaded WGs so just stay away from them. Otherwise, for many girls, once you make good conversation and flattery (of the right kind) and are good at dipping in the DATY, you can often shake loose a damn good time mostly on your terms.  Really... how can a girl ask you for more money after you had her shaking and crying from pleasure. I usually kid them and tell them they need to give me money when that happens.

I'm curious how this checklist would look. Do we carry around little name card size bits of paper with a checklist? It would think it needs to be all in graphics and pictures since so many languages are spoken and communication about details like that is sometimes difficult. Seems like a little bit of a buzz kill (boner kill?) to whip out a list of options to be signed off and agreed upon just when you are both all warm and runny.

Still, this is something to think about though.

How about the bars have a sheet so when you order a beer you can ask for the form at the same time. Either that or the bar holds a file on each girl that you can look through.
This would work in Neptune & Escape, only trouble with this is it will take away the thrill of the hunt so I doubt if I would use it

If you are checking things off as you are proceeding, it could kill the mood. In the past, I tended to confirm price, duration and number of shots  The rest I left to chance.

(1) find something I like.
I have very specific tastes so I like to hunt where I know I will find the "look" I am after. However I am also looking for a certain kind of personality, a girl who looks like she wants to have fun. Who is "at least" doing a good "pretending" she enjoys being a WG looking for punters in a bar.

Stage 2 depends on whether or not she is sitting alone, with a group of GFs or with another punter. It also depends on my mood as well. Sometimes I may be more laid back, at other times if I am really in the mood and I find something that presses all my buttons I don't mess around, I move straight in. Other issues include how busy the bar is etc etc... in other words, my own level of urgency and need/desire plus the situation in the bar (sword fight vs lots of available WGs) determines my strategy.

(2) Eye contact.
the best way to make one's intension's clear. For me it always starts with eye contact. I want her to stare back and smile. Anything else is not acceptable.

(3) Chat.
The next phase allows me to gage how much fun she will be in bed. We chat, some contact, I let her initiate the conversation to begin with. The "get to know each other" stage is where chemistry is either found or missing. Based on experience this is where I decide exactly how much I am prepared to pay, do I want a ST or O/N session etc. This is almost ALWAYS where the girl will ask me "do I want company tonite?".

(4) "Do I want company? or am I looking for a date? or what hotel am I staying at? or etc"
This is what I am really waiting to hear. I want her to say it with eye contact, with a BIG smile and with a hand resting on my leg or her leg rubbing against mine. 9/10 this question and the way it is asked will tell me what I need to know about how much I will enjoy the session.

(5) How much & how long?
At this point I am quite confident about the session so the only thing I need to know is price and duration. Occasionally I may throw in a "you do everything for that price, right?" but that's all. From there I figure she will suck my c*ck and f*ck me. Anything else I want will depend on how much she likes me and I quite like the challenge that presents because as wander says it makes it feel more "normal".

in terms of one liners and pick up lines, my most common remark is something like "why are all Mongolian girls so beautiful?" or something along those lines.

I should add that I have almost never had any problem with M'Gals providing BBBJ and multi position sex plus massage. So I'm not taking too big a risk on the service.

Another suggestion is that repeats with Bar girls open up a whole new world of opportunity in terms of service.

Actually, a more useful guide may be how to avoid the hardcore clock-watchers.  The minimum-time-service-gals.

- If they are aggressive to ask for a drink, before we've barely said hello.  Warning bell.
- If they are super-quick to ask "Wanna go fuck?".  Major warning bell.  Almost always said by a gal that wants to get in and out fast.  Impossible to make a connection.  No GFE.  Disappointing punt almost always.
- Not smiling, engaged in our conversation, or generally having fun chatting/dancing in the bar.  Blackface in bar = blackface in bed.  Almost always.  Sadly, often these are super-hotties too.  They've learned they'll punters just from their outstanding looks.  Never worth it!
