No idea about Golden Sauna though i was able to request showing up some of the girls without any obligations to pay.
I tried Sanado twice and as far as i'm concern, it's a good experience for me in both instances.
The complimentary BBBJ from the shower girls, the food and drinks, specially showtime with the girls are some things for you to look about.

Theres always a few tall 'superstar' category girls at golden sauna, decently tall and skinny. They wear different dresses to the normal groups.

I would say stick with Sanado if you're into PRC girls because almost their entire lineup of girls is PRC. Whereas in Golden there are Indonesians and Vietnamese too. And maybe Thai as well.

I should try Sanado, since it is the sister shop of East Spa which I frequent now.  18 has become a bore for me, soo many bros fighting during show time.  What I like about East spa is that you do not have to wait for their showtime to get the gal.  Can call the manager and the lineup will appear.

I was at East on Thursday night and there are a lot of new comers. Paid the VIP package with friends at Shun tak (2.5k now). This includes 2x 20 min massage (shoulder, foot, ear cleaning), a 45 min full body massage, a 20 min back scrub and 20 min baby oil massage.  Can change the back scrub and baby oil to a thigh massage or 20 min tub session with a gal by paying an extra 115 per session.

  There was at least 40-50 gals, and not many punters when I arrvied. Some pretty cute gals there.  Chose my regular gal (model type so extra 300) and she gives me good GFE.

All up I was 3k lighter for the experience.

Just realised that their tag number is not really their number.  I recall reading somewhere on this forum they go by another 4 digit number.
