And the outcall, the girls don't provide "the whole package." So I'm guessing if I want FS I have to choose 141 walk-ups, massage and hotel walk-ins?

Outcall means she comes to your place - but at that point you have no recourse if she doesn't do what you asked for.    Hotel walk-in is a girl who is staying at a hotel, and accepts visitors booked in by someone else.
