Anyone know what they normally do if the girls are in there with a client and someone rings the doorbell?  Do they stick a notice on the door to let people know they're in with a client, answer the door and tell them to come back or just ignore them?

It varies,

The most common standard was this a pink sign on the door which says please wait, sometimes a postit note on the time to come back is popular.

When a door has not welcome or please wait sign it can often mean a WG isn't in, nearly every door I rang the bell on (except when some had broken door bells) without such a sign had nobody in, except for Yan, who didn't like the look of me via the cameras.

Also if you see a wide chinese charactor which looks like an I (more like a sideways H) it means they are off work which also seemed to be common on Sundays.

I've experienced that if a WG is with somebody it'll say please wait or she'll squawk a sexual noise at you as if she is busy, that said you get WGs like Baby who constantly has please wait on her door and only ever opens the door if she likes the look of you.

And you get exceptions, I was made to wait for ages once I think the WG enjoyed the power over me of making me wait.

really? cos when i did baby the please wait sign wasn't up. though i understand she is quite in demand so she could probably afford to be more choosy
