yeah, the terminology is confusing ... it used to be clearer
Walk-up (no other words) refers to a girl in her own appartment - usually in a building that has a lot of WGs - selling her body. You just go to her address, see if the card on her door says "please ring" or "please wait" and you do what it says.
Hotel Walk-in (i.e. the emphasis is on Hotel, not on walking) refers to a girl who is checked in at a hotel, and you have to:-
