I was in TST this morning, and headed to Champagne Court around 12pm to see if there was anything new..
When I got to the buidling, I took the lift to the 8th floor to work my way down to the bottom as I usually do..
FLOOR 8 - I noticed that the corridor (on the right hand side, when you exit the lift) was closed off.. they seemed to have installed a new door there.. looked like it was bought out
just like the corridor rigtht beside it (closed in early 2011.. see the photos).

Anyway, walked down the corridor on the 8th and again noticed a lot of rooms had the 'welcome' sign and all the stickers and notes removed, with the metal cage locked...

FLOOR 7 & 6 - made my way down to the 7th and saw the same thing.. another corridor which led to multiple rooms had a 'private property' sign on the door...
previously it housed about 6 rooms.. 6th floor was the exact same

FLOOR 4 - this floor is a mixture of locals and PRC WG's - it changes from time to time. The Mainland WG's there have been there for quite some time, always see the same
faces while ringing the doorbells during the last 6+ months or so .. this floor seems untouched..didn't notice anything different on F4

FLOOR 3 - only has one corridor left in business and 1 door on the left-hand side right at the bottom (if you come from the lift side).
I came from the side of the elevator, and when I was walking down, I saw 2 construction workers cleaning out the rooms, just like a few days ago..
I was peeping into one of the corridors, and the guy told me it was closed.. I noticed all the 'christmas-style' lights have been 100% removed from the walls, and the wall
re-plastered and covered with shiney new tiles.. last time I was there, there was massive holes and damage in the walls..
There were a lot of buckets, cement, construction tools lying around on the floor..
Continued walking down, and all the 'welcome signs' and notes, etc. were all removed from the doors; no sign of life whatsoever in those empty rooms.
The only available corridor had about 5-6 rooms, only 2 WG's were working at that hour (12'ish pm).. and the last door right beside the stairs had 1 available room..
this was getting scary

FLOOR 2 - is the 'massage-based' area.. when I was walking from one end to the other, I saw 2 maintenance workers inside one of the rooms at the window; they were taking
stuff apart in the room, while the WG was cleaning out her stuff from the fridge/cupboard..

Anyone else hear anything about the remaining rooms? perhaps from WG's that work there?
A ex-CC WG told me that a lot of rooms are going to close this month soon, but that's all I got..

Real shame , it was a great punting place

yes, it was clear months ago that they were going to relocate the 141 biz elsewhere at this TST landmark.

it's too bad because if you happened to bump into someone you knew, you could always say you were there to check out the amazing camera shops on the ground floor.

unless, of course, you bumped into him in the monger-hallway!!

Many many MANY happy memories of that place...

But TBH I am hardly surprised, it is in PRIME Kowloon location, next to some flashy buildings and thier owners (Miramar, THE ONE etc).

I suspect it'll just move towards MK or SSP,

long time coming, such a shame! used to be my favourite place, havent been there for months

will contact some longstay girls from there see where they are heading

there were rumours that the building was up for sale.
too bad as this was the biggest walkup i've seen. Hopefully a new one will pop up.

I went to the King Hing building today; and a ex-CC WG there told me the whole building is going to be closed down;
as in no residents, no nothing.. locked up and not used, as it has been bought out by proprty developers or someone like that..
not sure if this is true of not, as another WG who works at the 2F doing the massage said the rooms have been bought out and will
be made into a hostel not sure what's going to happen..

So the question we want to know.
Where will all the Champagne Court's WGs be relocated?

This is really sad.. All the rooms in 3/F where PRC girls used to occupy are now replaced by old HK girls.

Sad story.

All the ex-CC WG's I ran into in Jordon and MK told me most of them will re-locate there..
and one of the massage girls that I usually go to on the 2F told me she will find work somewhere close by
CC in TST as she lives there

Funny thing; one WG that I met out in Jordon early last year moved to TST, then back to Jordon

which building in particular are they moving into, mate?

also, i'm just wondering - do they work for a big boss or independents?

i have just started getting comfortable chatting with the WG's i patronise and must say it's quite enlightening at times

They will either move into King Hing building in MK,
or Foremost building in Jordon which is very close walking distance to Champagne Court in TST

The young, really good-looking WG's who are here for one week,then go home are mostly PRC girls -
... they have a boss, but majority of the time, they never actually meet the pimp, as he gets someone to
go around to collect money after their shift ends at the end of the day (which is usually around 2-3am).. that's what they
told me anyway.. as for the WG's who already have HKID at Champagne Court, etc. - they said they don't have a boss, but just pays
for the rent of the room ..that's all I got about that

why would someone wanna live in a place where thousands of people moun, fumble, and fuck like devils in your room

How does economic basics apply here? There's clearly decent demand for younger looking PRC girls but how did old HK ladies manage to sustain their increasing supply? It really makes little sense to me.

Knocking on 3/F used to be quite fun as you might get different girls open the door. I find it quite annoying having the same WG who already recognise meslam the door cos she knows I will walk away.

Its called service. A lot of the younger PRC girls tend to rely on having a good body and being young. While the olderhands rely on better service (most of the time anyway). Think back to some of the classic reports. Yi kee for instance super hot body but poor service.

Though this varies of course and the PRC girls may well be catching onto this fact. Since back in 2008 it was lousy report of hotel gal after hotel gal.
