Hari's Bar questions

I checked out Hari's recently for the first time, not much was going on even though it was around 11 pm on a Sat.  When's the best time these days?

Can you still pick up a Mongolian there?

Are the WGs available the same girls you see in WC or is there a Hari's bar set?

Any thoughts on the current short and long time pricing would also be helpful.

I also visited Hari's Bar at the Holiday Inn last Dec and choices were limited and of poor quality. It was close to midnight when i travelled via MTR from LKF back to TST and i noticed 2 European ladies i saw at LKF also seeking for customers at the Hari's Bar.
