#1 Post at 18-6-2012 13:57  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L good hotel / hourly hotel Hey bros just wondering what you all recommend for good cheap hotels under 800 on hk  side.  Any I can go to and show up directly without advanced booking? Would prefer a decent the star hotel with food if possible.  If not am considering villa Victoria. Anyone got any pictures of that place? I really only need the hotel for 2-3 hours and prefer less crowded spots. Was thinking of Eden but lkf too easy to bump into people

All the lower end Hotels are just not livable. I only had a 700 HKD hotel and although the hotel looked clean, it had cockroaches, the small ones that fly! it was pretty scary. Chaterhouse usually gives our decent rates, but it's still higher than 800 HKD though. AsnDragon

If all you need is a room for 2-3 hours, there are lots of hostels and short-term rooms in Causeway Bay.  You can probably get a room for that duration for HK$250.  It's not gonna be luxurious and certainly no food.
