Then during the session, the girl offers FS for $600. You accept. The question now is: are you expected to pay $800?  Or is the $600 all-inclusive?   When I try to clarify, I often get the response of "you pay what you want", leading me to believe it's included. Is there a standard?

In my experience here if you get to the roomwithout specifying to management and the gal then gives you a price in the room that is the total for the service she offers not an add on. That would be an established sauna. Small opearations may be between you and the gal dunno. This once again is onlymy experience.

I very much doubt you'll find anywhere charging $200 for 2 sessions !  those days are long gone ... if ever you are asked if you wanted an upgrade to HJ, body or FS it is up to you to clarify the full price with the girl - there's no rule of thumb as each place and in fact each girl would be different !  also remember when asking you can also bargain !   again - you must clarify before she starts the added services and if she says something like 'pay what you want' then tell her how much you want to pay right there and then !
