anyone tried to use internet cafe's in hk and able to access 141 website and browse the site with no restrictions? any information would help.thx

Yes you can (both PC and Starbucks), but maybe not the most private place

Some Internet cafes have private booths..............tissues too which i dont know what for?...

Internet Cafes

Anyone had a gal in an Internet Cafe? Maybe about a year ago, I remember reading that internet cafes were being used
as a cover for guys to meet young local gals, often school girls. I remember one guy, I think he was jockey - he got arrested
for sex in a cyber cafe with an underage gal. Can't remember the outcome.
