I'm completely new to this and would like some advice.

I don't mind paying a lot, but I am looking for an extremely beautiful and young local HK WG.

I haven't been able to find any reviews of current WGs meeting my criteria.

Has anybody tried these people out?

What about the ads advertising for local "Super Models", "Models", "High Standard Pretty gal" etc etc with no photos but yet charge an extremely high amount? Do they tend to be extremely pretty girls?

if u want the "Perfect" girl you're going to have to be more specific. WHAT exactly are you looking for?

physical attractiveness is of course a plus, but it varies among us, doesn't it? some guys find a tall women with long legs and shapely feet divine, and don't care about her A-cup breasts. others are breast-fiends and don't care if a gal is carrying a few extra years/kilos as long as they've got massive hooters. some like pale porcelain princesses, others like the voodoo found in caramel-skinned gals from Southeast Asia.

as a general rule, HGs (hotel gals) are more attractive (they also cost more, usually from the PRC and don't speak much English). i'm generalizing: other bros swear u shd go to bars in Wanchai and seek yr dream date. the HGs may be the gal in the ad, but may not look much like her. they might NOT be the gal in the ad.

in short, mongering is not an exact science. yr slapping rigid specifications on a hobby which doesn't lend itself to specs. this isn't like buying a sports car.

if u want some answers, either:

1) RTFF
2) tell us more about what specifically u are looking for.

the only thing i can tell u for certain is that u can't trust the photos. they're the advertisement for the lady.

If you're looking for young and hot real local HK girls, then neither hotel or 141 is the place to go. HGs are mostly young and hot Mainland Chinese girls. Of course that might not make any difference to you.

Can I ask why you want to specifically try local HK WG's?

I don't doubt that you can find the occasional outlier (because I did find one... but that's it, just one, and only because I trusted the agent)... but if you are looking for a hot Chinese girl with good service, then you would be better off sticking with the girls from the Mainland. The proportion of these kind of girls providing good service would be much higher. Of course reading more reviews and just giving things a try will easily let you have a good idea of who to call and who not to call.

Also the answer to your 'can you trust the photos or not' question is: most likely, you cannot trust the photos.

In regards to my type I honestly am not that picky boob, height or even weight wise as long as she's at least skinnier than avg. The most important thing for me is the face... But it's really hard to describe what faces I like... I don't think I even can think of specific face attributes I like. I've looked for reviews with 5/5 faces... But honestly with some of them even the PSed face is disgusting for me.

Would I be correct to assume that the more expensive the girls are given the same race the hotter they'd tend to be??

I guess I could just make a list of girls I might like and say no if they're gorgeous on the ad but completely diff irl right??? Would they get pissed off at me?

Price is (alas) NOT a guide to quality.  
Would be much easier if it was ... just choose your price-point and be sure of satisfaction.  But no, it doesn't work that way.
You get fugly expensive girls, and sexy expensive girls.  And you get hot girls going cheap, and you get ugly girls going cheap.

Oh, and going by recommendations on the forum is DEFINITELY NOT a good guide for you.  If you have a particular fetish that needs feeding, only your own judgement can be relied on: even the most trustworthy and objective bro has a different taste to yours and is choosing through a different lens.  

Much better to develop a) your intuition and b) your thick skin

You need intuition to read pixellated and photoshopped pictures, it's surprising how you can begin to figure out who is likely to appeal to you even after it's been distorted.

And you need your thick skin, to be willing to walk away after you've knocked on the door (full of expectation and a raging hard-on), and you don't see what you like.  You need to be able to say "thanks but not what I'm looking for".  Of course, you can't do that with a HG, only walkups and bar girls.

It is a bit pricier in the long run, but if you are all about the face, go to wanchai and troll the bars. Then you can see all the non-photoshopped faces you want.

As good as the bars are for checking looks and chemistry, the quality can be very variable ... you need to get the right timing to get the pretty girls, handle competition from other bros (especially if you want a hottie), navigate carefully between pros and civvies ... etc. ... it's easy for those of us who are fluent in the game to forget how daunting it is for a beginner ...

By contrast, going to a walkup is much simpler and initially impersonal ... check the website to make a shortlist, no need to get up from your desk, no walking around, no time pressure ... then you knock on her door and make a go-nogo decision ... it's your choice, 95% of the time there's no rejection and no hassle ...

Horses for courses, he needs to figure out what gives him the best return for his effort based on his personality.

If all you want is a pretty face, and are not worried about getting an actual local HK girl, then I'd either...

1. go to Macau and try the saunas.  There are VERY hot girls there and you can look at many before you buy.
2. go to Macau Lisboa racetrack.  The girls generally aren't as good as the saunas but again you can view many before you buy.
3. knock on many 141 doors in HK and move on unless you spot the right face.

The moral of the story... I think you are going to need to see them face to face first.  The DB is not a good indicator of a pretty face.

Just to add to that, the majority of the ones there are Filipino, Thai, etc.. not that I have anything against them. But if you are hoping to catch one that is Chinese, Korean, Japanese, etc... it may be more difficult (at least in my experience).

This is true. If you like Filipinos or Thai girls, wanchai is the place got go. If you are looking for that Chinese princess with the really pretty face, then the HGs seemed to bea better deal. But DArt was right, maybe the best thing to do is to go to a few 141s and get your punt on, and get started.

This forum is great and all, but nothing beats getting out there and mongering for getting to know the scene fast.

Hey there guys I'm in the same boat as bob. I'm going to go and visit Hong Kong soon and was wondering a few things.
I hope you don't mind me taging along.

1st - If I choose to go and try a HG is it ok to leave and say sorry not interested? Or will there mamasan or something get angry and I'll still have to worry about a fee being charged for just looking.

2nd - I'm keen to try out the bars in Wan Cai since i've been reading some post from other bros. Any recommendations of which bars to try out. I've also read from some other bros that going to the bar and doing this is expensive is that true? I read one guy paid 1500HKD for a chick from the bar.

3rd - I'm pretty sure most of the girls are photoshopped and not exactly the chick you see in the photo but has anyone had issues with getting a chick from the video category?

I'm hope you guys don't mind the questions would really be helpful to hear what you guys say when I head over there.
