Figure out what it is before you put anything on it. Are you sure isn't not jock itch? Check to see if you have crabs.

try apply some anti-funji treatment cream on it and observe a few days if the inflammation will stop.

I have the same problem! How did you guys get rid of it?
My family doctor just said it must be fungal, he gave me some fungal cream which I applied for a couple weeks but it didn't correct it all. So I used some steroid cream instead and it relieves it, temporaily only, cause it keeps flaring back, so I'm thinking it might be eczema.
I didn't realize groin itch could be crabs, an STD, quite embarrassing now that you mention it, shouldn't have seen my family doc

What would you do?

I've often wondered.
The games we all participate in can have it's side effects, such as the possibility of contracting STDs of various types. Or crabs, which a Dom wouldn't stop no matter how careful you were.
I'm guessing that more than our fair share of members has an SO in one form or another. And I'm sure many of us have had that scary moment where we wonder if we got something. Possibly due to a coincidence i.e. getting an itch shortly after your last punt.
My question is not, would you tell the SO, or avoid her until you got the all clear, which I know has been discussed before.

The question is. If you did end up with something, and know (or were pretty sure) you did  not get it from a WG, possibly 'cos you have not had any action for a while. Which meant you got it from your SO, what would you do? would you tackle the issue, kick her out or forgive knowing what we do in our free time!

yeah, crabs are pubic hair lice, and condoms obviously don't cover your or her pubic hair.

Only way I know of to minimise the chances, are to shave down below, or go with shaved WGs.
Of course you could check before putting your LB into action, by going for some DATY, and discreetly checking out the WG with a magnifying glass whilst down there.
Could be a mood killer!

But on the upside, if crabs is all you get, they're easy to get rid of. The consequences of passing them on may not be!

Make a shower cap for your lil bro lol...

Or wear a body condom hahaha!

Crabs are probably one of the lesser concerns of our hobby, but as travelpro said, passing them to the wrong person may end up being the worst case scenario.

I my case I could see me having a severe reaction to crabs and death being imminent, unless treated quickly!
Although death would be painful, I'm sure it would come quickly, and not be drawn out as in some other forms illness/disease.
As if my SO found out I would deffo be a gonner

Haven't heard too much about the shaving method, but wiki seems to recommend using a cream to kill the crabs instead

I'm not 100% sure, but I think crabs need an area with hair to survive.
I also think if you have a lot of body hair, such as hairy chest etc, they can move to other parts.
But I do know that a cream available from the Pharmacy will get rid of the problem!

Unfortunately rubbing the cream all over your SO, does not erase the memory of what you have done!

Maybe someone should invent such a cream, you would quickly become the richest man on the planet.

Hey fellows, do you know if it itches only where there is pubic hair or it may itch on clean skin too? Conversely if it only itches on the clean skin area but barely in the areas covered by hair does it mean it probably isn't crabs?

I would suggest you consult a licensed physician. I doubt if anyone here is qualified to answer your question.
