Besides making the site more credible, it may cause unintended consequences such as higher availability of prettier girls with truly hot bodies to be posted in the db.
No more too slutty, too cheap, too fat, too old, or too plain/ugly girls would be able to hide behind the PS. Then these girls will migrate to the other more lenient-on-standards sites.
Hopefully there are enough real, pretty girls to keep the db prosperous. I would hate to see the admin go back to their old habits (more PS) because they aren't getting enough listings from the girls.
