police action??

Hope i am not posting this in the wrong place
Was in Kowloon City yesterday around lunchtime and decided to take a break from work to locate the desirable Cat (South Wall road) or Fong Fong (Lung Kong
Road)

Cats location there was a police notice on a neighboring door, and the 29 C and other two rooms had no lights and there was no response to the bell or a knock on the door. And no signs saying "Welcome" or "Please Wait"

Fong Fong's building had a similar story, with the grill door to room 1,2,3 locked,  but the other half of the floor had a 148.com brightly lit rooms with signs in Chinese--- i was nervous and left

Anyone else note anything?
Would be grateful if someone who could work it out put up some information and advise on need for caution in case there are any notices in Chinese (to save the poor non-chinese punters!!)

Thanks

did you take a pic of the notice?

it's not uncommon to see police notice, saying "CCTV in use, offenders will be arrested/punished, etc etc"
but usually the police notices comes in English and Chinese.

Sai Wan Ho had Police in the Fu On Bldg area last week. There was a Police Van on the McDonalds side of Shau Kei Wan Rd and another Police Van on Sai Wan Ho St. across from the Seven Eleven.

I was walking along Shau Kei Wan Rd and noticed 2 gents being checked by the Police and a Van strolling up from being me, crossed the street heading away from the Popo and then doubled back on Sai Wan Ho St until I saw a Police Van there with them standing around. Dipped into Seven Eleven and waited for 10 minutes looking at candy. They didn't seem to move so I walked to Fu On without a problem.

Don't know what they were doing but not a raid for sure...
