Understandable.

Yes, and I imagine there's not a single wife/mother to accept to go to live there with my husband/son ! And same for men, I wouldn't take my daughter/wife to live in a building where you see pervs going from door to door to find a fuck... Sounds pretty dangerous

Yes, there are lots of guys walking around.  But it's quiet and nobody makes a ruckus.  That's the great thing about Hong Kongers -- they tend to be  discrete when mongering.  All you hear are the doorbells and they aren't loud. The only annoyance is when mongers piss in the trash cans.
