Went through the FAQ, seems like its pretty safe but this is my first time in HK. If you read the FAQ then you would have seen the answers to your first 2 questions ! 95% of PRC WGs do not speak any English, some agents speaks english but it all depends who picks up the phone when you call. Escort services in HK are not reliable. Read the thread on the best & worst mongering bar scene in the stickies of monger's lounge section, you have 100% chance for picking up a English speaking girl in these places One bit of advise ... don't think too much on the what ifs ... the more you're worried about something the more likely you'll be too worried to enjoy yourself ... just go out and explore !
