How do HK sauna working PRC girl's obtain HK ID Card ?

This may be a stupid question for some but how do PRC girls working in HK saunas obtain HK visa (HK ID Card) ?
Recently, 3 different girls I met at a HK sauna all said that they got married with a HK guy and then immidiately got devoursed after they obtained HK ID (which seemed to be their original plan).

For 141 girls, I suppose most of them just return to the mainland when their limit of stay is about to expire, and then come back again. However, at saunas, I know some girls work pretty long at one venue. I don't think the establishment would risk themselves by hiring a PRC girl who doesn't have a visa but are they sponsering all girl's visa ?

I would have thought that  HK Visa and HKID card are two different animals.  With a Visa, I am pretty sure you are not allowed to work officially and you need to demonstrate you have adequate funds during your stay.

All girls working in established saunas must have HKIDs (not visas)  
Quite a few PRC girls gets them through fake wedlock, while others are really married but gets devorced later and being single mothers they need to find work that can bring in a healthy income

This may be the reason why I feel that HK sauna girls are more "serious" towards their work (both in good ways and in bad ways) comparing with 141 or bar FS girls working in HK.

I notice that many sauna girls often mention that they are working (hired) by a "company" but not working as an individual. Although what they are doing to raise their living is pretty much the same, seems like the attitude is totally different between 141, bar and sauna girls.
