well i have spend one month gathering this information by walking around almost every days
so here is the bit i have gathered so far around all those brothel in mong kok

this is a hub of brothels , 1 or more every street around (cf pink dot on map )

this is the actual gathering places of the girl when they are outside

so at certain time you can actually see the girls outside mostly at night for C D E and A B you can see them even in the day time

about those gathering place :

A : this is a small park with some benches the girl come and sit and talk with others girls you can always see a man around watching over them , i never talk to him he don't look that friendly and prety sure he can't talk english.
when there is a customer you can see the girl being called , they cross the street and go the the brothel who called her .

B : this is a small taiwan restaurant i guess , mostly the taiwan girl are waiting in there  , i never eat inside just saw there one the the girl are already try sitting inside talking with anither girl  2 or 3 times so i guess this is the taiwan girl place

I wouldn't recommend as the prices they advertise don't include the 100+ hkd for room fee. So your looking at a min of 380-390hkd for a very rushed session.

Just 2 blocks east of portland street on argyle street there are girls walk ups with nicer environment that you can get GFE and non rushed service for 380hkd inclusive.
