She explains it's ok to bargain down thr price but you should do so before entering. I've never tried it myself because prices compared to other countries are day and night so no matter what I'm paying in hong kong it still feels like a bargin. Also if you think about it 7 bucks hkd = 1 usd.  You gotta talk her down 70 hkd just to save yourself a big Mac meal.
