BBBJ and Super Gonnoreah

I used to be only slightly nervous of getting BBBJ but still got them if offered.

Now that there is the super duper drug resistant strain of gonnoreah, have any brothers stopped partaking?

I never thought the quick rinse of mouthwash does squat, so never trusted that.  Are we all playing russian roulette?

The particular strain your referring to, is not widespread as yet.

yea, i know it's not widespread yet. but as these type of things go.....how long do you think we have before it is widespead.  5 years?  10 years?  i think once it gets a foothold, and with nothing in the arsenal to stop it, i think it will spread pretty quick.

I remember when amoxicillan was the standard goto antibiotic and the Zpack was saved as the big guns.  Now the  Z packs are prescribed much more regularly as Amox is not as effective as before.

Just some morbid thoughts running thru my head.

jet, if you are worried about it cap LB for any CBJ, stay away from DATY and all will be OK.  Otherwise spend more time in the Macau saunas where the WG's do regular tests.

Yeah. Little head is more dominate than big head.  I'm concerned by not overly concerned,  demonstrated by getting a BBBJ today.  I know it's not widespread but just wondered if it crosses other pple's minds.

If widespread is 5 years away (which I realize was a random guess), then I have to imagine the R&D on treating it has also progressed by the same number of years. And - having things that are super resistant is a good motivator for developing vaccines. Here's hoping...
