141 girls usualy don't do outcall. But you may be able to negotiate with them. However, many of them don't speak English (many of the WGs don't speak English, not just the 141 kind). The hotel girls would be your best bet if you want overnighter (as sulsano pointed out). The agents do speak English, but that doesn't mean the girls are able to.
The overnighter is usually for time after 11pm to the next morning around 9am or so. You have to discuss that with the agent. I am not sure how much the rate is. From what I have heard, it's somewhere around 1500-2000.
If you ever want to venture out to TST or Jordan, you can sample the 141 girls or the hotel girls and find out if they are overnighter materials. Whampoa is a bit far from any MTR stations (not in walking distance). However, you can take a taxi to the Jordan station that is right below the New Lucky House (lot of 141 girls there). That is right at the intersection of Jordan and Nathan (if I remember right). The fare isn't expensive and probably under HK$30 (under US$4). From there, you can take the MTR to TST (1 station away) or by walking which is around 10-25 min walk, depending on which part of TST you want to get to.
