Not sure which country you are refering to but in Singapore brothel girls are required to do regular check up.

That sort of thing only tends to happen in countries where prostitution and more importantly brothels are legalised i.e Newzealand and certain states in Australia. I don't think it would be much good in Hk as the girls are constantly coming and going on tourist visa etc.

boohaga:  What you are looking for is nearly impossible.  It appears you want to take zero chance. If so, I recc. you get a virgin & marry her.  Reality is many STDs won't show up immediately after being infected.  There is ALWAYS a chance of getting something transmitted in this venture.  Safe sex, luck, common sense, etc will all help minimize the risks.

I too would love this service and would pay for it.  Of course there is some level of risk, not least getting caught by some random twist of fate leading to your SO cutting your dick off, but why not have the lowest risk for the most fun.

Many official sauna's in Macau, such as D1, test their girls weekly.  While this isn't perfect as the guy they finished 10 mins ago could have passed something on, it's still pretty good.  Good enough that I will risk BBBJ and DATY (and PDD ) in Macua but not in HK.

That's a good business model.  Set up a lab that's just for the girls.  Use whatever rapid testing you want and a girl comes in and gets an ID number and gives her working name.  Then on her web add she gets to display a certification symbol with her number in it.  As a punter you could go to the lab website, input the number and get the girl's name and current test status.  The certification symbol and number would only be good for, say, 6 weeks (porn industry standard I believe) and then the girl would have to get tested again.

Something like this, or a variation (weekly, monthly,) could give you a higher degree of comfort that she was HIV neg.  However like a previous poster said, it's not going to protect you if you come in direct contact with the prior punter's infected splooge   but that's got to be a pretty rare event, no?

Read some WGs in UK if to do Daty/etc you had to have a test from within two weeks and she would also have it. Two weeks might not be practical but I wouldn't mind being tested to get to be with WG most of her clients would have been screened and so would she. Not perfect but at least much safer.

Not to beat an old thread, but I think you guys are confusing "infected" with "infectious."  A girl could be HIV negative on Monday, get infected with HIV doing BB Anal behind the dumpster on Tuesday (become infected), and still not be infectious for you on Wednesday (or Thursday or Friday, etc.).  Viral loads have to build up in the body above a minimum threshold before a person is infectious to another.  Only if you came in contact with the prior customer's infected splooge would you be at risk, and in that case it's actually the prior customer who's infecting you, not her.

This is why the testing regimen works so well in the porn industry, even though the girls are taking it BB in every hole and turning tricks off camera.  The tests are so sensitive now that they can pick up viral loads well below the infectious level.  If a girl tests clean on Date Y, then she's safe to BB until Date Y + 6 weeks.

Bacterial infections are tougher to manage in this fashion, because those infections can accelerate much more rapidly, but then with the bacterial stuff you have treatment options.

The alarm bell that always goes off for me when I hear this stuff is that a guy isn't just looking for a girl who's clean that he can screw with a condom "to be extra safe" but that a guy is looking for a BB opportunity.

You would need to have photo's with it as well.  There's enough bait and switching going on that without some kind of photo verification there would be no trust.  And it couldn't be the photoshopped marketing pics either (or pics of how she looked two decades ago when she was 20)

So to elaborate on your business model...  Girl gets tested, photographed and issued a card with a barcode and number.  Free smartphone apps available.  Punter shows up at the girl and scans the barcode on the girl's card with his phone camera, or types in the number.  Smartphone app shows the girls picture and testing results.

Hmmm... now I'm wondering -- make the testing free for the girl, but pay-per-use for verification.  Would you pay $20 to verify a $300 pro?
