The short answer is "no." (And they're not even Japanese.)

What makes Japanese girls hard and rare is their fierceness.  The Japanese population is actually shrinking due to a bad economy, horrible education system, and lack of land space.  It didn't help that the Yankees destroys all the little tokyo's in California.  
When you can get a real Japanese girls a vast majority of them
have high endurances and grab onto your thing pretty well.  

It's just feels real good to be with a real Japanese girl.

Everything that has something to do with Japan in Hong Kong is more expensive, more cool, more trendy, more ... that is why you get to overpay for everything that comes form the land of the rising sun! This is a rule in Hong Kong for everything from cellphone, to food, to apparel ... to gals!!! Does it worth? Well that is up to the girl, if it worths it's because the girl is good, not because she is coming from Japan! I tried some 1400 gals before, couldn't say if they were really from Japan or not, by the way, the result was pockets more empty, satisfaction level on average exactly same as other chinese hotel gals although manners are generally more gentle for those Japanese girls! To make you understand the difference, it's like eating the same fish ball noodles in soup on the street restaurant for 15 HK$ or in the chinese restaurant inside the big shopping mall for 30 HK$. Equal satisfaction emptier wallet!

To the OP the "Japanese" girls are worth it if you want a hot girl with great body and are happy with CBJ and normal CG, Doggy and Mish as that's mostly what you'll get.
It depends on how much of a premium you are willing to pay for looks and the actual WG to more or less match their DB as they are generally easier on the eye.

These Japanese girls (if they are actually Japanese) can be very tempting. I just saw Nadia (see below) in the database this evening and I was drooling! I've never tried one in HK (or anywhere yet for the matter), so can't comment on service. But from all the reports I've read, it seems their service is consistently average. So I doubt if I would ever fork out double the money.

It would be interesting to find out what their booking rate statistic is from their papasans!

Bro, if this Nadia were really Japanese, and looked as good as that, she would be making fantastic amounts of money working out of some exclusive Ginza hostess club.
