If thats what you mad keen for.(i have had dozens of 3 some where i didn't pay and its just too much work for me these days, i never thought id say that)Heres the best way to do it.
Goto Wanchai. Find fenwicks, neptunes2 or Laguna(those are clubs)
Find a girl you like then see if she has a friend that you like. Talk price while you have a drink. if your a cheap ass you dont have to buy them a drink but i do find if your quite tight with your money they sense it and get tight with what they do. Some guys worry about every dollar but it seems like a big fantasy for you so dont sweat the small change. having said that dont let them pick the drink, insist on a beer ;) You should be able to take 2 back to your room for 3000 for the whole night. The hotter they are the more you pay and the more attractive/cool/funny you are the less you pay. Here the huge problem. Language!
You could end up with 2 chicks that dont know each other and are just there to get it over with.
If you goto one of these bar you could walk in talk to 2 girls and walk out in 10 minutes.(my personal record is under 30 seconds)They are full of working girls..95 % of the chicks there are pros and they want to have fun! If your a cool nice looking guy its THE WAY TO GO.

From my experience the hotel experience is much better and safer......if you're in Causeway Bay try Sin Wan or Ching Ha...they're both with the same papa and speak simple, dumbed down English....like "two girl, OK? Sin Wan Ching Ha,

Or "Neptunes 2" thats on Jaffe road near the corner of Luard rd
that should be enough but theres always laguna which is on Fenwick st between Lockhart and Jaffe.
