Can I search words?

Is there any way to search specific gal out of reports?
Do I need more credit to do that?

Yes, I tried...

I want to find reports in the Hong Kong Reports section about gals I am interested in.
But I don't know where to key in and which button to click for a search.

It must be very simple to you, but I totally have no idea of what to do.
