Which bar can I most likely find local hot young girls ?

You can go to LKF Volar, Dargon-i, Club NO.9 ..... to have a try.

Club No. 9 in my opinion seems too far away from the main strip... Try Club Beijing instead.

I don't remember each name of the bars, but there are many of these places in the Sinyi district just near the Taipei 101.
I think one of the bro previously had a report on this regard at the international section.

Club Beijing... Go on ladies night!! I believe that's a thursday. Also, stay away from prive. I've seen way too many gold diggers there.

Beijing Club is by far the easiest place to hook up at LKF. As long as you are decent looking and speak English, it's basically foolproof...just approach any of the girls standing by the bar, buy them drinks and strike up a conversation

Prive is good too...more tourists and usually better looking than what you'll find at Beijing Club

For Beijing Club, get your friend to become a member and go in with him.  I know enough members that someone is around to take me in.  The door fee can be $100 to $300 depending on the night.  I guess with that door fee, everyone becomes more aggressive to meet girls to justify paying the fees.  Plus because the girls only get 1 or 2 free drinks on Ladies Night, which is Wednesday night btw, the girls are keen to talk to any guy who buys them a drink.  

Has a good door policy with regards to chicks.  Not often do I see fat, ugly, poorly dressed girls in the place as the door guys won't let them in, plus those girls usually are too cheap to pay the door fees.  Prive can be a bit slacker with regards to dogs getting in.  

If the girl asks for the lychee martini or something similar (any drink that costs more than $110), she is gold digger or is playing you and is best to avoid.  Most normal drinks, cocktails and beers, are under $90.   Beers of course are cheaper.

Re Beijing club

I went there on a Saturday night and to be honest most of the girls were below 18 with little young friends/boyfriends trying to keep them away from the bad gweilos with result to have a fistfight in front of us continued outside where also little drunk teenage local boys fought about girls.

Would be funny if it was 3 am and me aroused by all the young pussy out of reach. Ended up with a Viet in Wan Chai at 6am but this is a story for another time! So I would not recommend this, plus too loud and too many people but happy to check the other 3 mentioned
