I was wondering if anyone ever tries to talk down either the walk up girls down on their price

try and talk down the mamas or papas on the phone for the hotel girls?   This regularly happens in Wan Chai for the girls you pick up there (neptunes, fenwicks) but I was curious if you always just pay what the asking price and just then try and figure out how much of a tip to give them.

What got me thinking was the other thread about 600-900 price gap.    Then I was looking at some of the new chicks and thinking i would call her for 600 but not 800.   Then i was thinking if I could offer the papasan the 600 and if he would just tell me to fuck off.


Anyone have any negotiation stories about 141.   

I had the one mickey overnighter that I talked down from $1800 to $1500 for overnighter but then she wouldnt send her until 1 instead of 11.   But she ended up not coming to me at all so nm.  You can read the other thread on that one.

Never tried this in HK, but I have negotiated over the phone with the mama san before I ask for the girl to come to my room.  Not sure how HK works...

In any case, it's the agent we sets the Hotel Res girl's price, and I don't think they have any patience for bargaining with horny punters.

We've had this discussion before but I can't be bothered to search. The general consesus was - if you try to bargain the price
down, your a tight bastard and if you can't afford it - stay home until you can. Asian gals - working or otherwise, hate guys who
are tight with their money. So even if you did get a reduced price, the service will be crap.

The message board in the SF got about the same mentality. They claimed that the girls would feel like a lesser human if you try to pay less. Of course, like everywhere else, they try to make most by doing the same thing. So they will usually advertise a much higher price at the beginning. Then when it is slow, the price will come down. Unless you are an established provider with good rep, you probably can't maintain the same price for long. Then again, if the provider does this just for extra, they can afford to see few customers. On the other spectrum, the providers need to make some quick cash for whatever reason, they are more likely to bargain with you.

In the street scene where you pick up hookers in very questionable area, it's all about bargaining. You can get like half and half (BJ and vaginal penetration) for as low as US$20. That's like HK$150 seeing how weak the US$ is =D And you do it in your car =P Fun fun fun!!!

BTW, you can probably negotiate with the girl if you are a regular to her. It's a common practice in the US.

I like reverse bargaining... where I try to get more service out of the same amount of money... I think if you are a regular with some of the providers, they will be happy to do more for you...

I'm a firm believer in positive reinforcement. You get much more, and get it willingly, with kindness and a reasonable tip. If the girl's exciting enough to see again, a tip is mandatory. A tip says, "you are wonderful, you made me very happy and I really appreciate it."

When you try to bargain down the price of the girl's service, it's like you equating her to some knick-knack in a night market. How can it not be insulting? The girls probably already have self-esteem problems concerning their chosen profession, why make matters worse. if a girl gives good service, I go out of my way to show my appreciation.

However, that reasoning only applies to a clearly defined situation like we have here in HK, where the prices are fixed, more than reasonable, and known to all. If a girl in a Shenzhen hotel asks $400 US for a night's work, that's another story. But even in that case I'd say no thank you and let the girl renegotiate her own price if she wants.

Pretty much the same with 141 girls too. If you bargain, they will obviously deny you some sort of service. One less shower or something. But they'll do SOMETHING to make you regret having asked for a discount.

Take your chances and just chat with them for a bit if you really want the discount though. Some will offer it themselves sometimes. Maybe business has been slow that day or if they think you're good looking or something.
