WTF happened to New Lucky House in Jordan?

What happened to the New Lucky House in Jordan?!  Six months ago, it had one of the largest motherload of 141s in Kowloon.  Granted, it wasn't the cheapest place in HK to monger, but the selection and concnetration was fantasitc.  Today, there were only 3-4 of them.  And the girls who opened the doors acted very suspecious towards me. One of them even said "I don't think you have money".  Trust me, I don't look like some homeless wino.

Agree. I took a look the other week and all the rooms were closed. Actually on the door of the lovely Tina's place on 12 floor was some official sign so I guess there has been a clear out. Funnily enough while looking around a random woman about 45 years old stopped me asked if I was looking for girl/massage. After saying yes she offers herself for $400!  With that I took a swift exit.

Hey Guys!

1) Most WG in NLH @ Jordan are mainlanders.

2) Do you realize what is the period now?

3) Yes, my friends! It is the time of the year these mainlanders go home for Chinese New Year February 14, 2010

4) To avoid all the conjestion at GuangZhou Train Station and over-priced transport cost when nearer to CNY.

Just my 2 cents!

Every once in a while the other tenants in the buildings get tired of all the foot traffic and horny blokes stalking the halls and 1stairwells and get together and push their Incorporated Owners Committee to run them all out. I am not sure what type of persuasion they can use as 141s, if they are "self employed" are not breaking any laws if tehy are locals or otherweise here legally.

Anyone a lawyer here who can clear this up?

Yeah, just like in National Court the owners' committee of NLH asked for help from the police and district council
in helping them rid the 141 rooms in their building. Like you said the 141 rooms were legal so the only
way of doing this would be to get the security guards to register the names and IDs of anyone entering
the building ...the police also kept a strong presence in the area during that time in case they were called upon if
there were people who refused to show their ID and still insisted on going in.
Doing this put off many punters and therefore business dwindled and the girls had to moved out.
Most older older went to Formost building and the younger ones went to Champ Ct.

once they put in the security guards and made you sign in, everyone moved away.  From a police standpoint, this may be the model in the future if HK really decides to clean up in places like say Fuji or Hop Yee.

I tried going back in July to NLH.  The security guard asked me for my passport.  Bye bye.

I think privacy is neccessary to doing such activities as it may later become a problem with the divorces or some other people who snoop a little too much for their own good.  The sign in to enter building probably made alot of people go away.  If you ask me, the key around this is some why
to annoymas scan card pass key.  A giant case of who you know that can't be back traced, no records, but can be canceled remotely.  Here's what I think, shoppers should be able to enter, troublemakers kept out.

It looks like there are too many people asking too many questions in the buildings as is.  I wouldn't be surprise if they sent in agents to gather evidence about woman as being in Hong Kong without a visa.  However it would too expensive to make that kind of card system to create secondary identification to enter, yet
not track activities of the person entering.

It would be like having the main key to enter a building.  Nobody
cares when and where you enter a building.  With a secondary key to apartment only known by admin to ensure troublemakers do not enter.  However nobody can trust the people not to spill their identity to authority if they were caught so entire system will not work well unless they have very good computer people securing
information very well.

Yeah, I was at the night markets looking for fresh meat.... there were cops on every corner and not a WG in sight. Then walked off to NLH and NC. There was a security guard sitting just outside the WGs corridor of NLH. Terrible!!

I now understand why Champ B is thriving.
